Perbedaan
1. Rom MIUI China.
Rom china ini adalah Firmware asli Handphone Xiomi Redmi-Mi. Banyak
pilihan tema namun hanya mendukung Bahasa Cina dan Inggris saja. Rom
MIUI versi China hanya ada Miui store tidak bisa download Google
playstore dan tidak ada fitur GAPPS (Google Apps and Services) lain
seperti Maps,Gmail,Google+, Google music, Youtube dll. Rom asli ini

2. Rom MIUI Global.
Firmware ini ditujukan untuk pengguna Global seperti Eropa, Amerika,
India, Asia tenggara termasuk Indonesia, Singapore dll. Rom ini memiliki
banyak fitur android pada umumnya, dengan semua produk google seperti
PlayStore dll yang sudah langsung tersedia sewaktu install rom ini. Rom
global juga mendukung banyak pilihan bahasa lain. Rom Global ini sedikit
lebih berat karena banyak aplikasi 'bloatware' yang ditambahkan membuat
penggunaan memori ram lebih banyak jika dibanding versi China. Agar
dapat menggunakan rom versi global perlu download dan flash secara
manual di instal. Karena bukan rom asli maka pengguna versi global
handphone Xiaomi tidak bisa update OTA via handphone, pilihan theme MIUI
terbatas. Untuk ganti rom Cina ke Global atau sebaliknya tidak bisa
dengan cara update via recovery, pengguna perlu tahu cara flash atau
Instal Rom secara manual ke handphone Xiaomi via laptop atau komputer.

Pilih Mana?
Rom apa yang cocok untuk handphone Xiaomi? Disini persoalannya hanya
