Rumor Arises China Google Checkout 10 April
BEIJING, KOMPAS.com - local newspaper China Business News released the news that Google is likely to leave China on April 10, 2010. The rumor originated from a source at one of Google's sales agent in China.
"I received information stating that Google will leave China on April 10. However, this information has not been confirmed by Google," wrote the China Business News quoted the source, Friday (19/3/2010).
According to the same report, Google will decide the fate of their business in China on Monday (22.3.2010). Google employee status in China also will be announced simultaneously.
Terminate services and business in China is one of the worst alternatives that have been prepared to stop Google from censorship of its search results on Google.cn starting January 12, 2010.
In fact, Google is still hoping that they continue to operate, but with a note that the search still permitted without censorship. Google negotiations with the Government of China has so far produced no convergence. In fact, the Government of China with a firm called Google acts as an irresponsible act.
