Commission Member Attorney Registration Extended
During the 2-week registration period AGO Commission (Komjak) was opened, only 10 people who opted. Finally the time registration was extended one more week.
"In phase 2-week registration. To this day still 10 people signed up. We will extend 1 more week," said Chairman of Registration Committee Komjak, Hamzah Tadja.
It was delivered after following the inauguration of echelon II in Sasana Baharudin Lopa, Attorney General, Jl Hasanuddin, South Jakarta, Thursday (17/3/2010).
By law, members have completed Komjak working since March 16 yesterday. Komjak served for 4 years. Members Komjak is Ketaren Hassan Amir, Achmad Living,
Puspo Adji, Mardi Prapto, Ali Zaidan, Amin, and Maria Ulfah Rombot.
"So now they are not served. There is no more rights and obligations," added Tadja who also served as Attorney General of the Young Supervision (Jamwas) AGO.
Komjak established by Presidential Decree No. 18/2005 as the mandate of Law Number 16 Year 2004 on the Attorney RI. In the decree, described Kimjak duties include surveillance, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of prosecutors and
prosecutorial staff. Komjak work submitted to the Attorney General.
