Chelsea's Essien Competition Absent At Time
London (ANTARA News / Reuters) - Chelsea midfielder Michel Essien of Ghana miss the rest of this season's competition because it is struggling to overcome injuries suffered in the competition lutur African Nations Cup last January, according to the London club announced it, Tuesday.
"The role of the Ghana players were in the rest of this season's competition is feared. There are four remaining matches including the FA Cup final against Portsmouth on May 15 it was reported in the pages ...," club (www.chelseafc.com).
British media reports, the club's medical staff believed Essien will recover and be able to play in the World Cup in South Africa which starts in June.
Ghana will face Serbia, Germany and Australia in Group D matches
