South Korean Navy Helicopter Fall
SEOUL, KOMPAS.com - A South Korean naval helicopter has reportedly crashed in off the coast of the country's southwest, on Friday (16/4/2010).
In an accident of unknown cause, one passenger died and three people reported missing.
"Lynx helicopter anti-submarine disappeared Thursday after losing radar contact with the patrol force of about 14.5 miles off the coast," Yonhap said, citing defense officials.
Two naval ships with high-speed managed to find the body of one of four passengers.
"But until now, the troops have yet to find a rescue helicopter debris," said the security officials.
