Police Back bestowed on Raymond BAP

Jakarta (AFP) - Investigators Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) Police re-dedicate the file the minutes of the examination (BAP) with the suspect to a Prosecutor Raymond Teddy (High Court) of DKI Jakarta.

"Devolution file today is the fifth time since two years ago," said Acting Chief of Police Public Relations Division of Public Information, Pol Kombes Zulkarnaen in Jakarta, Tuesday.

He said the files were transferred after prosecutors completed all the instructions.

"There are new witnesses added in accordance with the instructions BAP prosecutors. Hopefully, the file otherwise complete," he said.

Raymond has four times the file submitted to the High Court but returned to Jakarta Police Headquarters because otherwise incomplete.

Jakarta High Court declared the Police has not completed the instructions given by the prosecutor so that the file is returned to the investigators to be completed.

Police investigators first time file submitted to the High Court Raymond DKI mid November 2008.

Then, return the file to the prosecutor completed on December 1, 2008.

File and then go back and forth up to four times.

Mid-2008 and then, the police raided the gambling cases in one room at the Hotel Sultan by arresting dozens of suspects.

All the suspects have been convicted unless the defendant Raymond who was still in the process of investigation.
