SURABAYA, KOMPAS.com - Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) to challenge East Java to apply as the location of national practice focusing penyelengara (Pelatnas) SEA Games 2011. According to Vice Chairman II KONI Hendardji Soepandji, to this day in East Java has not been made an offer to KONI.
