Sampoerna Agro 2009 Earnings Tergerus 35.89 Percent
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Acquisition of net profit of PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO) during 2009 eroded 35.89 percent to Rp281, 76 billion compared to previously reached Rp439, 52 billion.
In the financial report published Tuesday the company is mentioned, the decline in profits due to declining sales in 2009 of 20.65 per cent to Rp1, 81 trillion. Meanwhile, last year sales reached Rp2, 28 trillion.
Meanwhile, operating profit fell to Rp460, 03 billion compared to the previous Rp611, 45 billion. Though the company operating expenses fell to Rp139, 38 billion from the previous Rp164, 21 billion.
