3D TV LG Indonesia Before Present at World Cup
LG electronics manufacturers will participate enliven television markets three dimensional (3D) in Indonesia to launch a series LX9500 Full LED 3DTV in this May 2010, a month before a grand performance in 2010 World Cup.
"We are preparing a variety of the latest features and of course some excellent technology of LG which we will include in our 3DTV," wrote Eko Adhi Suyitno, Section Head, Product Marketing Flat Panel Display LG Electronics Indonesia, in its release, Saturday (24/04/2010) .
Features and the latest technology is Eko, among others, TruMotion 400Hz feature that serves to reduce cross-talk image and produces a richer color images, and Local dimming technology to control the automatic image appropriately so that the color is darker and have a wider variation .
Then there are features Dynamic Contrast Ratio 10.000.000:1. With LED technology, the TV can produce very high contrast ratios, more environmentally friendly, and more power-efficient than regular LCD TVs that use Cold Cathode Fluorescent light source Lamps (CCFL).
LX9500 Full LED 3DTV also appear slim and has a thin frame width - 0.63 inches - thus creating an optimal view for viewers to see images in 3D without constraint. These TVs use a backlight structure innovative ways to provide exceptional image.
"This is the generation of 3D TV Infinia with a thickness of 22.3 mm and 16 mm wide bezzel. So that makes it possible to generate a broader picture on the TV screen," concluded Eko. TV is available in sizes 47 inch to 55 inches are expected to be marketed at a price of approximately USD 40 million.
