Washington (ANTARA News / Reuters) - Authorities found no explosives in the shoes of a man of Qatar who was arrested after a United Airlines flight landed safely in Denver, after the reported disturbance on the plane, CNN said citing several sources.
United States Transportation Security Agency said in a statement, it "is closely monitoring an incident aboard a United Airlines flight 663 ... DEN after receiving reports that a Federal air marshals suspected there was a passenger can cause interference in aircraft."
ABC News, citing the federal law enforcement official, reported earlier that the United States Air police have arrested a Qatari diplomat, who according to the authorities tried to "burn his shoes" on a flight from Reagan National Airport, Washington.
