Wenger: Gallas to miss the rest of the season, but Ready to World Cup
London (ANTARA News / Reuters) - French player William Gallas might be sidelined for the rest of this season but he will recover in time for the World Cup next June, said the Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger, Wednesday, after the defender suffered an injury to his leg muscles.
"She suffered injuries to his calf muscle and I think this is the end of the season for him," said Wenger told French television channel Canal Plus after his side's 2-2 draw against Barcelona at home to Arsenal's Emirates Stadium in the first game of the Champions League quarter-finals they were.
