Liputan6.com, Lumajang: Heavy rain which flushed during the night, making the Jatiroto Sembon River, Lumajang, East Java, overflowed. As a result, hundreds of houses inundated flood. Jatiroto Permai housing residents, had panicked when the flood came suddenly. People were trying to rescue their belongings.
The water had risen to make residents in this housing chose to flee. But the flood did not last long, so that direct residents to clean the house and their belongings, Monday (10 / 5) morning. Children should not have to go to school clothes and books to the library because they were wet due to floods.
According to residents, the flood is a flood of first time during last 10 years. In 1971 and 1973 never happened Sembon River overflowed due to flooding.
