CAPE TOWN - At the hearing on Wednesday, England fans who managed to infiltrate into the England dressing room, has admitted his mistake entering the prohibited area without permission.
Pavlos Joseph, a resident of London is to pay a fine of around 100 dollars, according to a statement from his lawyer during a special court hearing the World Cup in Cape Town Tuesday.
"Penalties for 750 rand (about 100 dollars) was paid by the defendants yesterday on charges of violating Article 6, paragraph 1, Law FIFA, which is located in a special area without a pass card ownership," said attorney Craig Webster in court.
A British tabloid journalist, Simon Wright, is also accused of hiding Joseph England after a 0-0 draw with Algeria in Cape Town on June 18.
Wright has not appeared before the next court at a later date. (AFP)
