Solo (ANTARA) - The House of Representatives Budget amounting to Rp15 billion each electoral district to fund the proposed community aspirations prone to irregularities of the Golkar Party, said political observers Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University Eleven March Surakarta, Selly G. "If the proposal is the aspiration of funds is approved, the council will consider more important to channel the funds instead of other tasks, because it is directly related to its constituents for the upcoming election in order to be reelected," he said in Solo on Monday.

He said that other political parties reject the proposal must be consistent.
