Telkom Offer from 8.9 to 10.4 Percent Interest Bonds
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) issued bonds totaling Rp3 trillion divided into two series with different maturities.
Serie A which has a maturity date in 2015 have a coupon with reference to government securities (FR00027) plus 50-150 basis points, equivalent to 8.9 percent. While the B series had a maturity date in 2020 with a 10.4 percent interest coupon.
Director Herman Danareksa Sekutitas Marciano as emission guarantor in Jakarta Monday, said the proceeds from this bond issuance will be used to expand the new wave of about 50 per cent, infrastructure 40 percent, 10 percent for the supporting facilities and the optimization of the device.
Meanwhile, Indonesia Rating agencies (Outlook) to give AAA rating with stable outlook. While the bond offering 28 to 29 June 2010 and the listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on July 2, 2010.
