JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Bank Indonesia gave the signal to delay the implementation of the rules of banking or sole proprietorship single presence policy (SPP) for SOEs.

Director of Research and Settings Banking Bank Indonesia Halim Alamsyah said, the implementation of SPP could be postponed if the enforcement process is complex. "This is in PBI No. 8/16/PBI/2006," he said.

However, Halim said that the decision of the tuition fee exemption for state enforcement can depend on the decision of the Board of Governors. "I was only asked to examine and provide options. Final decision in the hands of the Board of Governors," he said.
