JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The shareholders of PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk gave his blessing for the BII do a limited public offering of shares (rights issue) V. BII parties informed of this on Friday (26/3/2010) after the general meeting extraordinary shareholders (EGM). The plan, through this process can BII additional core capital of Rp 1.4 trillion.

Ridha Wirakusumah, President Director of BII said, "Increasing core capital will provide sufficient capital for credit growth, improve IT infrastructure and expanding branch network BII."

BII, associated with it will issue new shares to 6,253,554,529 nominal value of USD 22.5 and USD 225 offering price per share. Implementation of supply is expected to be completed in mid-April 2010.
