Kabul (ANTARA News / Reuters) - Taliban guerrillas claimed responsible for a series of suicide attacks in the city of Kandahar in southern Afghanistan, Saturday, described it as a message to NATO's planning a big attack in the city.
Taliban has malakukan four bombings in the center of Kandahar city and caused great casualties on the "enemies of the mujahideen", said the guerrillas in a statement on their Internet pages.
The attack serves as a "message" to the commander of NATO forces General Stanley McChrystal, who had planned operations against insurgents in Kandahar, the statement said.
