The Court Decide Constitutional Law of Religious desecration
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Constitutional Court (MK) has decided to reject the constitutional Act No. 1/PNPS/1965 about the desecration of religion, so that the Act was declared unconstitutional and can still be maintained.
"Stating reject the petition of the applicant for all," said Chairman MK Mohammad Mahfud MD when reading the verdict in the Court Building, Jakarta, Monday.
Court believes the postulates of the applicant, either in the application testing of both formal and material testing applications, unreasonable law.
