Minister of Education: Settings BHP looked for the Best Solution
Looks Siring (AFP) - National Education Minister Muhammad Nuh said, after a "judicial review" rules of the Board of Education Law (ERM) by the Constitutional Court, the Ministry of Education continues to find the best solutions for the legal umbrella of BHP.
Told reporters on the sidelines of a meeting in the Palace seems Siring, Bali, Monday afternoon, the Minister of National Education (Education Minister) said that, there's still another week of time to prepare an umbrella law governing it.
"There is still time for another week, whether it's the law, regulation or other form of government," he said.
He explained that, whatever the form of regulations that will overshadow BHP, it would still consider a number of things that must exist and ensure that BHP can provide a sense of justice in the education community.
"The content to be one of the principle of non-profit, as well as autonomy, accountability and accessibility are fair especially for the poor," he said.
Muhammad Nuh said, it was all necessary to achieve quality education and equitable for all communities.
