Ask as many as 20 associations will increase in TDL Reject Petition
Jakarta (ANTARA) - A total of 20 business associations joined in the Cross-National Industrial Association (LAN) will be filed petitions against the increase in electricity basic tariff (TDL), on Wednesday (5 / 5).
"A total of 20 associations will submit a petition to reject the petitions against the increase in TDL," said Deputy Secretary General of Apindo, Franky Sibarani, in Jakarta, Tuesday.
In addition, 20 state associations will also be related to the attitude of government policy for industrial gases in the country.
Previously, the government proposed a 15 percent increase in TDL began in July 2010 with subsidy needs Rp53, 7 trillion. The increase would cover the needs of TDL Rp7 subsidies, 29 trillion.
However, the Parliament only approved the increase of 10 percent with the assumption of the additional subsidy to Rp55, 1 trillion.
Figures subsidies on condition that PLN customers subsidize lower limit of 50 percent of VA 6600 to 30 percent with an estimated Rp1 trillion to cover the needs subsidies.
