Kaspersky 110 Percent Growth Target
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Kaspersky expand distribution channels in Indonesia by appointing a new distributor in Indonesia, PT Nusantara President Technology. This cooperation was officially effective on May 1, 2010. PT Nusantara Utama PT Greenet Solusindo Technology replaces that would effectively end the partnership as at 30 April 2010.
PT Nusantara Home Technology as a distributor of Kaspersky Lab's new along with PT Optima Solusindo Informatics will focus on dealing with the Enterprise segment. Meanwhile, PT Astrindo Starvision equipment to handle the retail market. All distributors in Indonesia is under the management of Kaspersky Lab, Malaysia, Southeast Asia regional office.
"We are very pleased with our new partnership in Indonesia. This can strengthen our corporate services," said Gun Suk Ling, Managing Director for Kaspersky Lab, Southeast Asia in a press release received Kompas.com.
Kaspersky stating current market share in Indonesia consists of 55 percent consumer and 45 percent of the corporate segment. Kaspersky targeting 110 percent growth (Year on Year) until the end of 2010 and are optimistic this will be achieved with the existence of distributor partners who are already experienced in the industry.
