JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Minister of PPN / Bappenas Armida Alisjahbana admitted surprise to hear the news that Sri Mulyani, would resign from his post as Minister of Finance and moved to the World Bank. At that time, Armida claimed was in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, following a series of activities of the Asian Development Bank or ADB Meeting Meeting.

"At that time we were in Saudi, dated 5. I am in Riyadh. It's the news about Mrs Ani resigning and going to the World Bank, I heard there. At the embassy was there all the channels in Indonesia," he said after a meeting on climate change in the office of the Ministry of Finance, Friday (7/5/2010).

Armida admitted it knew nothing about the plan even before he and Sri Mulyani together into the Indonesian delegation to attend World Bank Spring Meeting and Sri Mulyani attended a meeting of state finance ministers of G-20. "So, there is no direct contact with him before," he said.
