Affirm strengthens Iran-Bahrain Relations

Manama (AFP / IRNA-Oana) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain, Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmad bin-Khalifa ale-Mohammed, and the Iranian ambassador to Manama, Hossein Amir-Abdolllahian, Monday night confirmed the desire to further strengthen relations between the two countries.

Bahrain Foreign Minister told the meeting that took place in Manama's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that "conditions in their area currently requesting increase joint efforts with the aim to promote stability and regional security."

He added, "based on the commission along with the two countries, Iran and Bahrain will focus on further expansion and strengthening of relations and cooperation between the two friendly countries in the field of security, economics, finance, industry, and oil and gas."

Bahraini Foreign Minister said that the state will refuse to anything that would jeopardize the friendly relations the two countries and brothers.

Relationship which was reaffirmed by the King of Bahrain on the importance of state maintained friendly relations and brothers, especially with the Islamic Republic of Iran in all fields, and they do not want their relationship was destroyed.

Khalid Sheikh asserted, "certain problems which aired but opposes the Islamic Republic of Iran in the mass media from the standpoint of total heckled Manama, because they do not reflect the viewpoint and attitude of the King of Bahrain Hamad, who earnestly menyintai and respect the Islamic Republic of Iran."

During the meeting, both are also trying to find ways to further expand relations between the two countries which so far is going well.
