Liputan6.com, Sampang: Bad weather happens in Sampang, Madura, East Java. This condition makes the fishermen are reluctant to go to sea. They just tied the boat in the vicinity Beach among others, recently.
Not much can be done fishermen, in bad weather like this. Most of them used the time to fix the boat.
