JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Southeast Asia PR Manager BlackBerry Rachel Kooi, Friday (6/12/2010) Blackberry Repair Center in Jakarta, said this year it plans to add the number of BlackBerry customers service centers in several major cities in Indonesia.

"We plan to double the service centers in major cities in Indonesia," Kooi said to reporters.

But unfortunately, Kooi can not specify the amount and name of the city. Currently, he added, there are already 15 customer service centers spread across 11 locations in Jakarta. This customer service center to the point of collection which need improvement BlackBerry from various telecom operators service center.

When visiting Kompas.com Blackberry Repair Center (BlackBerry Authorized Repair Facility) located at Kompleks Ruko Royal Sunter, North Jakarta, Rita Effendi RIM Program Manager of PT Teleplan, a BlackBerry partner in providing repair services, said it could fix up to 1000 units BlackBerry in every month. Blackberry Repair Center has been established since August 27, 2009.

"We have five technicians, one supervisor, one process engineer, and four support staff," says Rita.

He says, if needed, PT Teleplan ready to increase the volume capacity of the BlackBerry that need to be repaired.
