Parliamentary sources say, Kevin Rudd's popularity plummeted and now only have the parliamentary support of 30 percent since been unsuccessful in overcoming Golbal Warming. The issue of Global Warming is the main promise of Prime Minister Rudd during the campaign in 2007 defeated former Prime Minister John Howard. (MLA)
