Jakarta (ANTARA) - Bank Indonesia officials while Nasution said it would not change its monetary policy despite inflation pressures will increase in 2-3 months.
"We have not seen any changes to be done," Nasution said in Jakarta on Friday.
According to him, in two to three months ahead of inflation will be considerable pressure because of rising prices chilies, spices, new school year and Lebaran.
"But the fourth quarter inflation will move down. The high inflation is not monetary phenomenon but the problems of supply distribution," he said.
Darmin add to inflationary pressures such factors, there should be no specific policy changes in the monetary aspect.
"Nothing special, what we do to face high inflation," he said.
BI previous estimate future inflationary pressure will increase but still within the projected five plus minus 1 until the end of 2010.
