Jakarta (ANTARA) - A suspect upload pornographic videos of artists who played Nazriel Irham aka Ariel, Luna Maya and Cut Tari police fugitive status.

"A porn video upload is currently a fugitive status, because the police believed the perpetrator as the first upload," said Chief Public Relations Division (Head of Public Relations) Police, Inspector General of Police Edward Aritonang in Jakarta on Friday.

Police earlier had set the accused with the initials K as pengungggah porn video first and was arrested, he said.

"The suspects are all 12 people, including Ariel, Luna and Cut Tari," Edward said, adding.

Head of Public Relations said that the alleged uploading of K defined as a fugitive suspect, from here may know the motive of spreading new porn video artist Maya and Ariel bersam Luna Dance Cut.

K is the manager of one of the suspect site in cyberspace, which is thought to upload and distribute, he said.

Nine suspects were threatened by Act No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE).

Both artists are allegedly involved in making pornographic videos with artists Nazriel Irham aka Ariel and threatened with article 282 Book of the Law of Criminal Law (Penal Code) on the immoral.

Meanwhile, in addition to a threat Ariel also article 4 of article 282 of the Penal Code on Pornography.

Police earlier had set the suspects have been arrested in Ariel and Detention (Rutan) Bareskrim Police Headquarters since Tuesday (22 / 6).
