Manila (ANTARA News / Xinhua-Oana) - The Philippine government is considering an emergency pull imposed in three provinces in the southern Philippine region, one place for more than 50 people killed so brutally.

Formerly President of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo declared a state of emergency against Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat and Kotabato on 27 November 2009, following the killing of more than 50 people, including 30 people including media workers.

Entry into a state of war (Martian Law) was published on the Maguindanao on December 4, 2009, which revoked on December 11.

The application of state of national emergency (state of emergency) is still valid.
