Jakarta (ANTARA) - Ministry for SOEs will invite a number of managers "holding" state-owned companies from several countries in Asia Pacific, such as Temasek (Singapore) and Khazanah (Malaysia) to engage in state-owned Indonesian-Business Expo and Conference (IBBEX) 2010.

"They are invited to share their experiences as well as investment partners in a number of state enterprises," said Secretary of the Ministry of SOEs, Didu, on the sidelines of the "launching" IBBEX 2010, Jakarta, Wednesday night.

According to Said, by inviting international businesses, including from China, Japan, and Hong Kong are expected to be an additional inspiration for the government in managing SOEs.

IBBEX will be held on 23 to 26 September 2010 at Jakarta Convention Center, which involved 141 SOEs in Indonesia.

IBBEX IBBEX 2010 is a continuation of 2007, following on from 2008 to 2009 was not implemented because of Indonesia's political and economic considerations are not fully conducive.

"This year (2010) is considered the best momentum in improving the SOEs during this positive achievement," said Said.

With the theme "Spirit of Innovation and Synergy Enterprises Towards World Class Company", describes the government's determination to make SOEs accounted for the world.

"IBBEX become an arena to the state open cooperation with foreign investors," said Said.

IBBEX 2007 visitors managed to suck up to 30,000 people, with retail transactions for the participants of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Enterprises built around Rp2, 5 billion.

While the synergy established with 25 state-owned business with a value of more than Rp5 trillion.
