Manila (ANTARA News / Xinhua-Oana) - Fire swept the average 100 homes in San Juan Metro Manila on Saturday morning, but no casualties were killed, said fire brigade chief of the Philippines in Manila, Saturday.
The red rooster began to arise before dawn in densely populated areas in San Juan, one mini-town in the area of the capital city of Manila, said Inspector Edwin Co, Chief of Fire Department.
The fires resulted in 600 people homeless. Flames could be conquered by the firemen two hours later, said Edwin Co.
Authorities are still investigating the causes of fires.
