Jakarta (ANTARA) - Minister of Finance (Finance Minister) Sri Mulyani Indrawati has suspended the permit of the business activities of the two finance companies namely PT Suprawira Finance and PT Inti Finance Arthasaka.
Secretary of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency and Financial Institution (Bapepam-LK), Ngalim Sawega issued a statement in Jakarta on Monday, said the two companies were suspended from February 12, 2010 through the Ministry of Finance's decision.
Finance Minister freeze PT Suprawira Finance through the Ministry of Finance Number S-154/MK.10/2010 dated February 12, 2010. While the PT Inti Finance Arthasaka suspended its license through the Ministry of Finance Number S-156/MK.10/2010 dated February 12, 2010.
In addition, the Finance Minister also revoke the business license suspension sanction from PT Sunindo Parama Finance by letter S-155/MK.10/2010 number dated February 12, 2010.
"With the lifting of sanctions freezing of business activities, PT Parama Finance Sunindo can again perform a new financing contract, while the PT Suprawira Finance and PT Inti Finance Arthasaka suspended business activities are prohibited from contracting new financing," said Ngalim.
