Close threatened, Labour Cigarette Hysteresis Hysteresis
Liputan6.com, Malang: Hundreds of cigarette factory workers in Batu Karang Malang, East Java, Monday (12 / 4) was crying hysterically when I discovered their employers will be closed. They burst into tears after the company announced it would stop the operations of the plant because the company threatened bankruptcy.
The announcement was really hitting around 300 factory workers, mostly women. With this closure can be sure the workers would have difficulty support their families.
So far the company is still seeking a solution to the problem of closure. Meanwhile, despite the threat of layoffs is in sight, the workers remain determined to work hard. (ADO)
