Panorama For Dividend Rp2, 35 Per Share

Jakarta, 12 / 4 (AFP) - General Meeting of shareholders of PT Panorama Transport Tbk (WEHA) held in Jakarta Monday decided to distribute dividends amounting to Rp2, 35 per share.

"We are for dividends Rp2, 25 per share, or 20 percent of net profit in 2009," said Director WEHA Angreta Chandra in Jakarta Monday.

Total dividend distribution amounting to Rp1 billion, equivalent to 20 percent from net income in 2009 amounted to Rp5, 03 billion.

The plan, dividends will be distributed in July. Previously the company to distribute dividends for the year 2008 amounted to Rp2, 19 per share.

Throughout 2009 the company recorded revenues amounting to Rp92 billion, up 19 percent compared to 2008 amounting to Rp78 billion. While the net profit of Rp5, 03 billion, up 7 percent compared to the previous Rp4, 6 billion.
