Mother Joy Tobing, Rome Sibuea, police official arrested in Mampang Prapatan since Tuesday (6/4/2010) early days. Rome has been arrested on charges of abuse against children Daniel Sinambela fruit.

Ludwig adds that the problem of detention is a police authority. It has been working hard to ask the police to provide surety to Rome, but was not granted.
