11 killed, 43 injured in bus collision in South China
Beijing (ANTARA News / Xinhua-Oana) - At least 11 people were killed and 43 others injured after two buses collided with each other in a general state highway in southern China, said China's news agency, Xinhua said in a report quoting the police area.
Both the bus head-on collision occurred at 02:00 local time Monday, in China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region near the town of Hechi.
According to the agency, all the injured passengers, including two of them in critical condition, were taken for treatment at nearby hospitals.
Overall, the second includes 83 passenger bus when the accident occurred.
It is the second crash involving a bus passenger in China in the last two days.
At least 32 people were killed and more than 20 others wounded when a public bus collided with a truck on Saturday in the province of Liaoning, northeast China.
