Liputan6.com, Jakarta: Witness and Victims Protection Agency (LPSK) finally gives protection to the former Police Commissioner General of Police Kabareskrim Susno Duadji. In addition to legal protection and fulfillment of procedural rights, LPSK provide physical protection for Susno and his family.

Plenary meeting attended by five members of the Victims Protection Agency in Jakarta, Monday (24 / 5), provides protection for the three cases that convolute Susno. Three cases were suspected of money laundering by Gaius Tambunan, libel statements, and bribery cases of PT Salmah Arowana Lestari (SAL).

While cases of violation of ethics code was not followed up LPSK Police. For the case of money laundering and bribery, will be Susno physical protection, legal and procedural rights as a witness and whistle-blowers. But this protection does not mean annulling Susno status as a suspect case of bribery PT SAL.

Police Komjen Duadji Susno previously requested protection to LPSK on May 4 and is based on Article 5 paragraph 1 of Law Number 13 Year 2006. From that request, LPSK rate there is an element of threat and terror experienced by Susno. (FRI)
