Aquino Not Able to Stop Smoking

MANILA, KOMPAS.com - Breaking away from bad habits is very difficult. Senator Benigno Aquino who will become president of the Philippines said yesterday, he's not ready to quit smoking because the decision would affect his decisions in running the government.
