Contador Will Fight in Mende

Liputan6.com, Paris: Defending champion Alberto Contador is scheduled to compete in the Tour de France's 12th on the track Bourg de Peage and Mende, France, Friday (16 / 7). Contador will be dealing with cyclist Andy Schleck.

Path between Bourg de Mende spelled Peage and difficult. The drivers have to fight them on the bike ramped steep climbs along the three kilometers before the finish in the top of the Causse de Mende.

"This race field has an interesting profile," said team manager Contador, Yvon Sanquer. In addition to the steep incline, there are also five small hill quite difficult.

"I do not like this hill. I lost a few times from Contador in Mende in 2007. But it happened in the month of March, the air was so cold and I am not in the best condition," said Schleck.
