Liputan6.com, Jakarta: Rector of the University of Indonesia (UI) Gumilar Rusliwa Soemantri said United States President Barack Obama canceled a speech on the UI campus in Depok, West Java, in the course of his visit to Indonesia in the next 23-25 Maret.
