Ramallah (ANTARA News / Xinhua-OANA) - The government of the Palestinian National Autonomy (PNA), Thursday, refused "regrets" Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about the proposed plan to build new homes in disputed East Jerusalem area.

Leader of the Palestinian negotiator, Saeb Erakat said Netanyahu had spoken about the "mistake" about the time the announcement of new settlement projects and not convey the wrong point.

Netanyahu's office said in a statement Netanyahu "sorry" because the announcement was made during U.S. Vice President Joe Biden was in the area to help Israelis and Palestinians resume peace talks, which had been stuck since December 2008.
