Six Apart Menpora Bike Racing Athletes to Asian Games
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Affairs official release of six athletes to the event bicycle race in the Asian Games Kemenpora Office, Friday (19/3/2010). This was recognized by the Chairman of ISSI Phany the Cape after the ceremonial.
"In this event, we have introduced the athletes to the Asian Games to Menpora," he said.
Six athletes are Ariehan Rian and Tonton Susanto for road race number; Tony Syarifudin, Puguh Atmandi, and Risa BMX Susianty in number; and Santia Tri Kusuma to track numbers.
According to Phany, in the Asian Games this time, hoping for the best Affairs. Ahead of the Asian Games in November, cycling branch is reluctant to set targets heroics.
"We do not have specific targets. At least we get into the top five alone is good," he said.
Regarding preparation, Phany explained that the athletes have started training since the last two months in three places, namely in Jakarta (Track Rawamangun), Subang, and Bandung.
