LONDON, Kompas.com - sports Branch 3 on 3 basketball has competed in the Olympic season opportunities pans, but most rapidly in 2020.
This was disclosed by the secretary general of the international basketball federation (FIBA), Patrick Baumann, Wednesday (19/05/2010).
Sport that is a fraction of this basketball will start idpertandingan in multi-event at the Olympic Youth Games in Singapore, in August this year.
"This is not an alternative, but is in addition and we hope to perform at the Olympic games in 2020 or 2024," said Baumann. "Branch 3 on 3 will continue to grow. Olympics and youth is the first step in the two years we will host the World Cup and a series of master-pemian to get a professional player."
