The Dutch citizen killed 61

The Hague, KOMPAS.com - A total of 61 Dutch citizens were killed in a plane crash in the Libyan airports of Tripoli, reported the Dutch ANWB tourism federation.

According to the federation, a Dutch boy survived the accident.

"Sixty-one people were killed when Dutch Afriqiyah Airways from Johannesburg plane crashed about 6:00 pm local time (11:00 GMT)," the spokesman told AFP ANWB Ad Vonk.

Only one Dutch passenger, a boy, survived the accident. He is now hospitalized, "said Vonk.

ANWB refused to give further details about the victims who died or was the only passenger who survived the Netherlands.

The Dutch were 62 passengers in two different tourist groups that led to the Brussels and Dusseldorf, with a stopover in Tripoli.

Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende told a news conference earlier, he received information of a child the Netherlands became the only survivor, but I do not have more detailed information.

According to officials, 103 people were killed in a plane crash.
