JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Bank Indonesia recorded transactions of real time gross settlement (RTGS) continues to increase. Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia Hartadi said, the number of transactions could even reach Rp 170 trillion per day.

Of course this number is very large compared to the clearing of transactions that just USD 5-USD $ 6 trillion the number of transactions per day with approximately 300 000.
According Hartadi, the number and magnitude of RTGS transactions is increasing from year to year because its real time capabilities. "RTGS are usually very high value and the cost is more expensive because if you send an unacceptable today as well," he said.
