Liputan6.com, Tarakan: Airport expansion project Juwata, Tarakan, East Kalimantan, local people disliked. Dozens of residents who claim to be landowners blocked the access to the project area. You do this by setting up camp at the entrance of the project and tear down the bridge that used to pass the project vehicle. Residents sue their farm ponds that have been working on since 1974.
In the action there, the residents had an argument with airport officials who met them. For residents desire to meet the Head of Airport Juwata Husni Djau can not be met because they were out of town.
Despite protests, Juwata Airport activity remained normal. All the flights from and to Tarakan run smoothly. (AIS)
