JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Directorate General of Taxation Ministry of Finance is preparing a letter of dismissal while Gaius Tambunan former boss under investigation by the police.

"The Directorate of Internal properness and the Transformation Resource Officers handle the status of personnel, we wait for the information if he became a suspect and arrested. Dismissal while we prepare," said M. DGT Tjiptardjo in Jakarta on Friday (18/06/2010).

He said the investigation of former boss initials MPM Gaius was still ongoing and the corresponding status is still a witness. "Gaius boss was not a suspect, because according to the police is still a witness, and this is the authority in the police. I have not been able to confirm he was a suspect, as far as I am still a witness," he said.

According Tjiptardjo it plans to deliver fully all matters pertaining to criminal law to police, including providing the necessary support data information.

"The principle of tax DG helping police investigate the case, any data information opened because no permit has been finance minister. Including any data, we are backing up everything, including the taxpayer that later if it is true that money from them, is not justifiable," he said.

DGT also hoping to get the information in the near term from the police regarding the investigation findings. "We are awaiting confirmation of the police, for which a police check.
