Suspected U.S. drones in Pakistan Kills 11 People
Miranshah (ANTARA News / Reuters) - An unmanned United States, Saturday, firing two missiles into the Al Qaeda hideouts in Pakistan's tribal belt, killing 11 guerrillas in a border district of Afghanistan, local security officials said.
Meanwhile, Reuters in its report from Islamabad said the aircraft suspected unmanned U.S. aircraft fired two missiles at North Waziristan region near the Afghan border, killing three guerrillas, according to intelligence officials.
UAV missile shots were targeted at a house in the village Sokhel, about 25 kilometers east of Miranshah, the major city in the region known as area-heat the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
"So far, three bodies have been found from the ruins of the house, but the number of dead is expected to continue to grow," said an intelligence officer told Reuters, who asked not be named.
Locals said at least three missiles were fired at an unmanned aircraft was flying in their area. People are afraid of being attacked near the place because there are still strikes fear.
Enhance U.S. missile attacks in the northwestern region of Pakistan since a suicide bomber killed seven Jordanian CIA officer at a U.S. base, across the border in the eastern provinces of Afghanistan, Khost, in December.
Most of the attacks this year carried out in North Waziristan.
The third man of Al Qaeda, namely Sheikh Sa `ad al-Masri, also known as Abu al-Yazid Mustafa allegedly killed in similar attacks in North Waziristan last month.
