Telkom Sell Two Subsidiaries
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) really intend to sell its two subsidiaries namely PT Patra Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Patrakom) and PT Citra Sari Makmur (CSM). Penujualan is expected to be completed in late 2010.
Rinaldi Firmansyah, President Director of Telkom said there were more than four companies that intend to buy shares of a subsidiary business. According to Rinaldi, interested companies have engaged in the telecommunications industry, and investment.
"As many as 90 percent interest in shares of a subsidiary of our business comes from local companies," he said, Friday (18/06/2010).
Rinaldi hoped the sale of its subsidiaries will be completed in the fourth quarter of this year. Telkom hopes sales will bring in funds of around Rp 500 billion. course, intend TLKM will synergize with PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL), Bakrie Group companies.
